Transformer Testing Engineer
CurrentConducting Routine Electrical Testing of Distribution & Power Transformer as per IS standard.Preparing Test Report and maintaining documentation with proper traceability.Carrying out failure investigation for failed products and generate Corrective/Preventive action report.Preparing and Maintaining troubleshooting guidelines for Test equipments & machineries.Carrying out Preventive maintenance of test equipments to avoid frequent breakdowns.Coordinating with sales team and managing customer inspections.Preparing and Maintaining documentation as per requirement.Preparing and modifying the SOP for testing lab as and when required.Ensuring timely Calibration of test equipments, review of test reports .Having good communication skill with testing operators to get higher efficiency in testing output.
