ð Direct call center operations as a liaison between clients, supervisors, and call center employees. ð Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities. ð Providing effective feedback, training, professional development, and corrective action plans. ð Review call center statistics to measure staff performance and the need for improvement. ð Develop the techniques of each customer service representative to drive quality. ð Coordinate and training of over 15 customer service representatives. ð Monitor interaction between staff and callers to ensure quality assurance standards. ð Perform quality checks, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives. ð Conduct group training sessions on products and services. ð Daily MIS to Director of IT ( HPSEB) & Project Manager (HCL)
