I am a Road Safety Engineer, a chartered Civil Engineer and a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience. In addition to Road Safety, I have been working in various aspects of project cycle including design, construction supervision, project management, network management, maintenance management and development control. Projects included highways improvement, network integrity and environmental schemes. Prepared bill of quantities, costing, financial management, performance and quality audit reports. I am experienced with processing of Traffic Regulation Orders; New Roads & Street Works legislations; Traffic Management Act related activities; Health & Safety at Work; CDM 2015; processing & implementation of Section 38, Section 106 & Section 278 related highways works.I have Certificate of Competency for Road Safety Audit National Highways Approved under EC Directive 2008/96/EC. I am the immediate past Chair at south-eastern branch of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation; Fellow of Institute of Highway Engineers and a member of Society of Road Safety Auditors.
