Current• Identifying and analyzing the learning needs of the customer, plan and coordinate delivery activities.• Developing and managing the eLearning program's schedule and budget.• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.• Fulfilling customer inquiries and resolving concerns.• Overlooking daily activities of all the teams and provide direction and guidance as needed. • Coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure that eLearning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.• Ensuring resource allocation are appropriate, workload is evenly distributed.• Maintaining the high level of competence and operational excellence in all the team• Developing process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
