I am working here as a Consultant Medicine in one of the six units working here in the Department of Medicine. We have 2 Consultant in each unit. One senior Consultant and the 2nd Consultant. I am working here in the capacity of Consultant Medicine and managing OPDs, IPDs and ICU patients independantly as well as a team. It is a very good learning experience working in this organzation, and it also provide opprtunity for teaching as this Hospital runs DNB programme both in Medicine and Family Medicine.

Routine CMEs was the feature which I misses most Thanks to Dr. J N Pande.I worked their as Attending Consultant in the Department of Medicine. I had there Independent rights for Admission ( IPD ) under my care with Independent OPD and ICU care. I also used to cater Preventive Healthcheck up patients and Comprehensive Diabetes Care for my patient. Also was part of Pharmacy andTherapeutic Committee as secatory and also a member of HIC ( Hospital Infection Control) Committee. Also did a course from IHI on Patient Safety and Improvement Capabilities in patient Care.
