As a Lead Research Scientist at Dover India, I have been working for more than a year on developing and commercializing advanced metal materials for various industrial applications, such as heavy-duty mechanical components, diamond cutting tools, and surface coatings. I have a Master's degree in Materials Science from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.I have over nine years of experience in material research and metallurgy, with a focus on powder metallurgy, physical metallurgy, and surface modification. I have successfully led and contributed to several projects that resulted in improved tribological properties, enhanced performance, and reduced costs of metal products. I have also established new research facilities and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to advance the research and innovation in the material and metallurgy domain.
