Partnering with business / hiring managers for talent acquisition, internal movements, internal promotions & do requirement gathering from the business on the Skill set required for specific role & suggest on the Talent pool availability.Design and implement a sourcing channel for the business to meet current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and TATMentoring & training team members on sourcing techniques.Working close with hiring leaders through the recruiting lifecycle.Conducting detailed HR interviews, working on Salary fitments & negotiating compensation packages for select to offer candidates.Collaborating with sourcing team and consultant to get potential candidates (Vendor management).Presenting the Best Talent pool to the business managers and assist in appropriate selections that fit the job skill specifications.Recruit with an emphasis on identifying and hiring a diverse workforce, evaluate candidate job experience, education, skills, training, organizational fit and future potential.
