Job responsibilities:  Dealing with Internal and External customers related to their Queries and providing Solutions on time. Handling Corporate like Icl India/Chic Management/Herbal life/Coca-Cola. Travelling for Client Meeting and Sales to Generate the Booking. Providing guidance and overall assistance to customers related their Query.  Promoting our product like Domestic and international Packages to direct and indirect clients and Social Media to Generate the Booking and productivity. Documenting all call, Query and Booking information according to standard operating procedures. Handling reservations and ticketing for our clients (Issuance, Re-issuance, EMD, Seat allotment). Work with the manger and team colleagues to improve processes and develop business opportunities. Managing a Team and sharing all current affairs and new product information. Handling Group bookings for corporate movements (Quoting fare, Negotiation with airline, closure of group ticket, payment follow up and invoice settlement) Answering customer E-mails or Calls. Handling customer escalations regarding their any issues.  Handling ticketing for issue and reissue all type of tickets (GDS –Galileo & Amadeus and Website) Having Knowledge to issue Hotel booking, Insurance, Bus & train booking (Offline and Online). Having knowledge to make packages and issue Vouchers. Working on tools like Tbo Portal, Akbar portal, Riya Portal, GDS, Airline Portal and My fare box. Monitors queues and provide quality control procedures  Providing the Product Training to our New Agents. Generate revenue to our company. Visa/Insurance Assistance.Generate New BusinessAccount SettlementSelling Packages for Domestic and internationalAir product
