CurrentAs a Consultant at Stashfin, with responsibilities spanning EQX Analytics Pvt. Ltd. and Akara Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd(NBFC)., I actively engage in various facets of legal practice. These include filing cases under Sections 138 and 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act) and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act (PASSA), as well as handling Arbitration and MSME cases to optimize recovery potential. I contribute to informed decision-making by preparing written opinions on cases, conducting thorough legal analysis, and staying abreast of legal developments through comprehensive research. In addition to my analytical prowess, I exercise strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to excel in their roles. Whether attending ongoing cases, providing legal advice, drafting meticulous legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents, or overseeing the day-to-day affairs of the NBFC, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services and driving positive outcomes for the organization.
