 Co- ordination with client and consultant, getting approval from the client for the workdone. Management of resources ( Manpower, Material, Machineries) Preparation of Subcontractor bills & estimating work Monitoring and supervision of daily work activities in accordance with the contract and technical requirement. Preparing and submitting Progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers Analyzing and establishing the standards and methodology to be used in a project. Supervising the scope of a project and managing project budgets & resources. Examining and executing progress, monthly valuation preparation, Subcontractors valuation checking and approvals. Periodically monitoring overall project scope; identifying project risks and maintaining client expectations.
