- Actively contributed during commissioning of the plant by highlighting the snags and coordination with the project team.- Develop Quality & Food safety culture among the staff since commissioning of the plant.- Responsible for development, Improvement and compliance of Quality Systems within the whole organization. - Responsible for management of all external audits from Mead Johnson, ISO 22000 and from Almarai Audit group.- Co-ordinator and responsible for ISO 22000 certification and ensure sustainability.- Close co-ordination with Mead Johnson R&D and Global Quality for development of new formulations, Recipes and Specifications.- Actively contributed in the Product Qualification process for Mead Johnsons Recipes and TPM formulations.- Responsible for preparation of specifications as per Mead Johnson Nutrition product formulation.- Prepare factory internal audit schedule as well as external audits and ensure the compliance.- Responsible for external supplier’s audits in Saudi Arabia and globally specially in Europe.- All SAP functionalities related to Quality Management module, Super User of QM Module.- Manage compliance of finished product Release as per Mead Johnsons Policies and preparation & presentation to factory management- Ensure compliance of process equipment calibration and validation for critical process/ equipment e.g. metal detectors, x ray analyzer, Pasteurization process & Blender timings etc.- Control of process parameters by study of Process capability using statically process control study. - Manage Non Conformance system for out of norms investigations, RCA and CAPA. - Manage change control system within the organization- Develop and manage Hygiene zoning & Gowning procedure within the factory- Certified Lead Auditor from AsureQuality New Zealand as per Food safety management system (ISO 22000:2005)

•Manage all lab analysis related to incoming Raw materials, Packaging materials and finished products of the company.•Responsible for Shift management, manpower management and monthly management presentations.•Calibration, Validation and handling of sophisticated instruments like ICP-OES, MPA Bruker FTNIR, DR 4000 (Hach Spectrophotometer), Minipal 4, Sodium analyser, DO meter), Halogen moisture analyser HR83, NIR, Milkoscan FT 120 Milk Analyser, Lacto scope, Vicam fluorometer, Charm 2 for Antibiotics and Elisa plate reader for Melamine in milk etc. •All ERP SAP functionalities related to Quality Management module, Super User of QM Module.•Manage finished product Release of the company and preparation & presentation of MRQ at factory level.•Control of process parameters by study of Process capability with the help of spc data.•Manage out of norms investigation, RCA tool & CAR/PAR tracking. •Manage GLP & ISO 14001/18001 activity and provide related trainings to staff.•Certified internal auditor for ISO 14001/18001 audit by CII India.

•Total testing of all incoming material e.g. raw milk, Acid Casein, Maltodextrin, WPC, Lactose, Liquid Glucose, Sugar, chemicals, Packaging materials and finished products of the company.•Responsible for Shift management, manpower management and monthly management presentations.•Calibration, Validation and handling of sophisticated instruments like DR 4000 (Hach Spectrophotometer), EC 40 (Hach Sodium analyser, WTW (Conductivity/pH/DO meter), HR 73 Halogen moisture analyser etc. •All ERP SAP functionalities related to Quality Management module, Master User of QM Module.•Preparation and maintenance of material safety data sheet for hazards waste and chemicals.•Actively associated in implementation of ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP.

•Total testing of all incoming material e.g. raw oils (Mustard, Rapeseed, Sunflower, Peanut, Palm oil, Palmolein, Palm Kernel, Cotton seed, Rice bran etc), Oilseeds (Mustard, Sunflower, Groundnut, Cottonseed, Rice bran), Chemicals (Bleaching earth, Activated Carbon, Nickel catalyst etc), Packaging materials (Poly bottles, Metal Tins, Pouch films, adhesives) and finished products of the company e.g. Gagan Vanaspati, Ginni Gold Refined Oil, Amrit Bakery Shortening and Table margarine Merrigold etc.•Associated with SAP – QM consultants for three months during SAP implementation in plant to become Master user for SAP-Quality Management module. •All ERP SAP functionalities related to Quality Management module, Master User of QM Module.•Actively associated in preparation of various ABAP reports for raw oil, finished products & In-process activities in SAP system.•Responsible for any change/ Modification in Master data in SAP regarding Quality Management module.•Actively involved in implementation of Quality management system 9001:2000.•Responsible for all Quality control activities i.e. PFA Record maintenance, Liaising with PFA Inspector, Data collection and preparation of graphical presentations on computer.

•Testing of all incoming materials & Finished Products of the Company - Milk and Malted milk products such as Maltova and Viva.•Total testing of Molasses, Barley, Malt & other grains, Fermentation samples and DM water.
