Handling the recruitment for IT and Non IT at Entry, Junior and middle levels. Understanding the client's requirements and JDs for all level, be it general, technical or non technical aspect. Sourcing quality candidate's profiles through various modes including Job postings, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine etc), Networking, Referral, Hunting, Social sites (Facebook, Linkedin) Regular follow up, Coordination & Communication with client/company and internal person (Coordination with Director. HR, Concerned person) regard CVs, Short-listing of profiles, Interview status, venue, time etc, Interview feedback, Salary negotiation with client & company, Old position and New requirement. Screening of resume & candidates as per JD, key requirement, technical or non technical requirement, communication skill, expertise, match as per company requirement. Sending the screened candidate's profiles to the client. Scheduling interview for short listed candidates. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations. Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same. Interaction with the client for getting offer letter to the candidate and hand-holding the candidate till his/her date of joining. Building database on the basis of on-going requirement. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report submission about several statuses. Several MIS & Data base management in MS Excel, MS Word related with recruitment, CVs status, interview status, joining and others. Mass Mail to selected prospective candidates.
