 Handling the recruitment for IT and Non IT at Entry, Junior and middle levels. Understanding the client's requirements and JDs for all level, be it general, technical or non technical aspect. Sourcing quality candidate's profiles through various modes including Job postings, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine etc), Networking, Referral, Hunting, Social sites (Facebook, Linkedin) Regular follow up, Coordination & Communication with client/company and internal person (Coordination with Director.
