Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I am a dedicated researcher and educator specializing in mechanical engineering. I have recently submitted my Ph.D. thesis in acoustics and noise control at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, following my Master's degree with an Institute Silver Medal Award from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, focusing on machine design and analysis.Throughout my academic journey, I have enriched my knowledge base by successfully completing various NPTEL courses, earning the topper status in "Noise Management and Control" and "Machinery Fault Diagnosis And Signal Processing." With seven years of teaching experience at SOA University and BPUT Odisha, I have honed my skills in nurturing learning and fostering critical thinking among students.My research interests encompass a wide spectrum, including fault diagnosis of structures using AI techniques, biomechanics, and the acoustics of sound-absorbing materials. This diversity in research experience is reflected in my 12 publications and collaborative project work with the National Productivity Council, Government of India.While awaiting the formal award of my Ph.D. degree, I am actively seeking opportunities in Assistant Professor and R&D positions.
