So I choose Aditya Birla capital, Where I can Achieve My Desired Experience . I joined As An Area Head In Aditya Birla Finance at Vertical of Aditya Birla Group . Where Need to Focus On Micro LAP.Based on Customer's Profile (Salaried, Self-employed ) Loan Has to Disburse from 2 Lakh to 35 Lakh . Presently I am Working In Nayagarh District.
