MIS Executive:-• Successfully initiated the MIS tracking system among the teams as per the management requirements to know the inflow, man power consumption, analysis on man power requirement, processes database, etc.• Sole responsible for MIS data maintenance, queries, troubleshoots, reports, etc.• Preparing MIS reports Weekly in a month and publishing it to the Management team to improve the productivity level.• Preparing PPTs and organizing for monthly review meetings.• Deriving more in-depth analysis on MIS reports to project a better scenario on production level.• To identify the toppers and best performing teams.• Taking care of Payroll activities.• Preparing Attrition reports, HR Review PPTs, etc.• Analyzing HR related trackers like Attrition, Walk-in tracker, Joiners, etc.

• Screening of Resumes.• Finding fitment of the profile to the Job Description/Specification. • Prepare candidates for client interviews. Coordinate and assist in scheduling client interviews. • Databank creation, maintenance and up gradation on daily basis. • Prepare reports for the recruitment MIS on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per required TAT • Ensure complete documentation of the entire recruitment process for each position.
