Manage assigned sub-vendors for work completion with in timelines. Calculation of Material Requirement and assuring its availability in time. Co-ordination and Joint survey with DOT Officials in case of cable cuts or damages in the network. Interaction with concern authorities (Like Municipal Corporation. Development Authorities. NDMC, BSES, NDPL etc.) for digging permission and laying of cables.

Equipment Layout Planning: Plan the equipment layout including Rack space, Mux & power plant with earthing & A C. Planning of OFC Route for MEN & OME, D.L.C. & BTS sites. OFC Testing using OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) & Power meter for whole OFC ring. Co-ordination with Project Operation and Material Teams for smooth implementation. Implementation of FTTB sites for provides the services. Fibre implementation work including Fiber blowing, splicing and provide the customer detail.

Execution of OSP work such as Trenching, HDD, Moling, Duct Laying, DIT, Blowing, Termination and Splicing of the OFC Cables. Crosscheck ABD (As built drawing) .i.e. Joint offsets, Route length, and Cable specification provided by concern Service Partner. Preparation of MB (Measurement book) as per the work executed. Submission of MB and ABD to the concern departments for billing process.

Implementation of fiber access network of DLC’s, RSU’s & customers with fiber blowing, splicing, termination at FMS & end-to-end testing with OTDR, Implementation of the OFC & Copper work OSP, Rectification, GIS Updation, file handover to O&M.
