Continuous improvement of processes in coordination with the Process Manager & Production Manager to reduce batch cycle times, increase in yields, increase operational ease and ultimately leading to cost effective production. Execution & monitoring of validation batches at manufacturing site in accordance with cGMP.Ensuring smooth functioning of production plant by coordinating with required support and service functions and monitoring adherence to PPE usage among the plant personnel and follow work permit system meticulously. Guide shop floor personnel towards too SHE, Responsible Care, Cleanliness of the plant (5S).Design plant and equipment configuration so that they can be readily adapted to suit the product range and the process technologies involved, taking environmental and economic aspects into account. Set up scale-up and scale-down processes, making appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration. Design and commission new production plants, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting. Research new products from trial through improve product lines. Ensure that potential safety issues related to the project operator, the environment, the process and the product are considered at all stages.

Participate in CGMP, Safety and on the job trainings as per schedule. Responsible for executing the batch production records as per approved BPR and ensure that completeness of the document. Ensure the qualitative and quantitative requirement product with respect of plant hygiene and safety. Responsible for Producing Intermediates, APIs as per approved BPRs. Ensure the required availability levels of utilities (steam, air, cooling water) report shortfalls to the superior. Verify the quantity quality of batch raw material and maintain the records of process parameters like (PH, scrubber, dip-check, load cell, density)Oversee operations for multiple departments, processes and shifts, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety. Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.Maintain availability of machines for production. Prepare production schedule based on the priority of the order to be serviced. Brief the supervisors and QC team on the production requirement. Approve purchase of any material required for maintenance. Prepare task and behaviour performance report and operators on a weekly basis for annual appraisal. Brief on production and staff performance related issues on a daily basis.
