I have worked in CSSD in various hospital for several years as a technical staff and an managerial Infection Preventionist. I enjoy helping patients take steps toward improving their functionality and quality of life through procedures aimed at relieving their pain, and seeing them achieve their goals. My passion is for helping my fellow staff as a team to provide the very best of care to the patients we serve. The best part of my job is mentoring new staff and helping to teach others how to maintain sterility to better care for patients. There's no greater feeling than watching a patient leave with a smile and hear them say they feel so much better.
