• Responsibilities/contribution:
• Take full responsibilities and ownership of financial models and conducting the required analysis and sensitivities together with the consolidation into a single reporting model.

• Building and working on sophisticated financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance and valuing based on DFCF, Multiples comparison and benchmarking, WACC analysis.
• Assisting in group’s third party valuation and feasibility study of financial model as part of IPO.
• Assisting in all aspects of the group’s capital raising efforts and preparing responses to due diligence questions.
• Building and managing financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources.
• Preparing financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information.

Karachi

• Responsibilities/Key Contributions:
• Research and build in-depth (detailed) and complex financial models by utilizing discounted cash flow, economic value added, relative multiple and fundamental multiple analysis.
• Create equity research reports based on financial statement analysis, qualitative/ quantitative research and sensitivity testing to maintain coverage of major sectors and help in attracting new clients.
• Collect and interpret company data to present, influence and facilitate investment recommendations to buy side firms, mutual funds, high net worth individuals, portfolio managers and retail clients.
• Presentation of research reports at meetings to aid in investment decision making, which helped in increasing company’s major stream of revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company/industry happenings and events which impact our current or potential Investments and timely recognized and responded the risk issues.

Karachi

• Responsibilities/Key Contributions:
• Work independently to build complex financial models and project future earnings and profit potentials and use this data to produce valuation and form investment decisions.
• Conduct detailed research, write and publish research reports (initiation reports and updates based on company results/major events).
• Generate and present investment ideas mainly for institutional and high net worth client base.
• Develop and maintain management contacts in companies under coverage and interact with them on a regular basis.
• Assemble and distribute portfolio performance, analytics, attribution analysis, and portfolio holdings.

• Conduct research and prepare analyses of companies, industries, capital markets, historical financial statements and prospective financial information.
• Create and author financial models, valuation analysis, debt capacity and capital adequacy analyses, and documents and presentations for proposals and transactions

• Engagement planning based on understanding of the entity and assessment of business and related risks.
