Master planning of products in terms of work loading capacity, information about component delivery times. Coordination with sales team for product dispatch.

VENDOR DEVELOPMENT: Expediting the Raw material Procurement and correlating the materials to the Technical Specification with the help of Quality Department. Before Starting Manufacturing, Ensure the necessary approvals from Quality such WPS, PQR, NDT Procedures, PWHT Procedures. During Manufacturing, checking and ensuring proper process methods such Preheating, Heat Treatments, NDT. After Completion of Product, arranging and Coordinating Inspection activities through Quality Department. During Expediting, coordinate the following internal departments for mentioned activities. LOGISTICS: Arranging Road Permits and Site Route Maps for Dispatches. Arranging Vehicles for both Normal and ODC consignments with prior arrangements and ensure dispatches on committed dates to avoid demurrages. Coordinate with Logistics department to avoid delay in delivery time. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: After Dispatches, Giving Dispatch Information Reports to site with required details for their pre arrangements and erection plan. Getting Erection sequence and dispatched goods status through Project management. Arranging and implementing the proper delivery by site feedback if any.
