Identifying potential ideas within Fuel cell PEMFC applications and protecting it by applying Patents.5. Performing design calculations, System thinking, tolerance analysis, cross-functional team collaboration, Requirements gathering, design verification with Simulation tools and Supplier discussions.6. “3 Patents” Filed so far in 2023 on Fuel Cell Water separator and Valve concepts.- Innovation Lead Role is to Improve Innovation culture within department consisting of 180 associates.1. Introduced multiple Idea generation techniques and Initiated Idea / Problem collection.2. Organized 5 Innovation Trainings, 19 Ideation Workshops in Project as well as General topics and generated more than 600 Ideas and Problem statements.3. Product Design, Product Development and Review responsibility1. Lead optimization & packaging of Fuel Cell components (Anode Water separator and Jet Pump).2. Responsible for Standard Tank Unit in PCLD exhaust gas treatment system (DNOX) development.3. Lead for Patent analysis on DNOX products.4. Moderated FMEA's on CoSMoS - Agricultural Product, DNOX products, and Automotive DPM products.- Group level Innovation lead during the years 2021 and 2022. i. Lead the team with idea on “Subscription based portable pollution control device” and Won Innovation contest “Adventure EMEA 2021” across Global Bosch. ii. Generated more than 200 Ideas and Problem statements each, thru group Ideation workshops.

• Responsible for conceptual design (3D CAD) of Plastic design & Sheet metal parts, Engineering Drawings, SAP BOM, & Decision Matrix in PCLD DNOX Supply module & Tank unit systems.• Improved Quality Process by preparing Standard Estimation sheet and Quality Checklist.• Improved Efficiency of Modelling time in CATIA V5 by 70% by creating Standard Customer model and offer drawing in a single file.

Roles and Responsibilities performed were,1. Planning, managing and documenting work packages between Bosch Indian & German teams on Design and Validation of DNOX Supply Module, Dosing Module.2.
