Monitoring expenses, resource utilization, subcon margins and other cost-related metrics to ensure budget compliance.3) Variance Analysis: identify discrepancies and understand the reasons behind cost overruns or savings. 4) Cost Control Measures: planning, tracking & implementing Margin improvement levers and strategies (Pyramid Improvement, Productivity Improvement, Rotation Plans, Subcon Plans) to manage and mitigate cost overruns, have consistent margin improvement to enhance profitability.5) Financial Reporting: creating financial reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights on the costs, performance against budget, and overall financial health within the VBU to the stakeholders and management for better decision-making.6) Vendor Management: involved in vendor cost management (PR/PO creation, SRN creation, timely invoice submission & cost provision booking) to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.I feel myself yearning to learn more through challenging opportunities/roles.Experienced in Financial Analytics & consulting, P&L Management, Budget Planning, Financial Data Modelling etc.Skilled in Advanced Data Science using Python, Supervised & Unsupervised Machine Learning Models, Tableau, Advanced excel & Data Analytics.
