Preferential Trade Agreements /WTO :Manage Customs duties under various types Preferential Trade Agreements.Review/Maintain All the list of PTA’s.Required Documentation i.e. Certificate of Origin (Prescribed Format)Re-export Module / Customs Clearances:Monitoring timely Re-export of goods which comes under 104/94 notification at the time of Imports for all locations in India.Creation and closure of Re-Export BondCustoms House Agents:Negotiation with the CHA’s for agency/customs clearance chargesProviding advance set of documents prior to vesselBill of Entry filing in Prior / Advance Mode / assessment / Duty payment / examination and out of chargeSuggest Mode of Duty Payment – MEIS / DEEC / DUTYMulti Model Transport:Shipping Lines / Freight Forwarders:Managing shipping lines in all aspect i.e. Cargo Arrival Notice, Deliver Order/FDS / Express Release / Seaway bill / Telex Release / Freight Confirmation / IGM / Prior IGM / DPD / CFC etc. etc.Pricing of Local Handling Charges in terms of CIF / DAP consignmentsRelated issues of Damaged containersDomestic Transportation:Managing Transportion from Various Ports to various locationsArranging Truck Indent Program for Timely placement of vehiclesStock Transfer from one location to another locationRMS / External Warehouse Operations:Tracking physical issues of material from the Stores (In and Out).Stuffing and Destuffing of Import and Domestic Containers.Stock Taking - Physical Count of the material and empty packing material.Bi furcation of all external W/H in terms of RM categories and also "stacking norm" for each respective category.Insurance: Under Marine Insurance PolicyArranging survey/joint survey for the material received in damaged/wet conditionNotice of claimSalvage ClaimFinal Settlement of claimMIS/Reconciliation:Regular Updates: DGFT / CBEC / PORTS / S.
