Deepak has over 21 years of experience on indirect tax in Big 4 accounting firms and provides professional assistance to Indian as well as multinational companies on excise, customs, service tax, VAT and entry tax and FTP/ SEZ matters. Deepak represents clients before various tax authorities including at the appellate level. Deepak has authored a book on ‘Antidumping, Anti-subsidy and Safeguard Measures’ and this has been published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Mar 2007. Deepak has also authored a book on ‘Goods & Service Tax (GST)’ which has been published by Bangalore Chamber of Industry & Commerce (BCIC) in Jan 2010. Deepak has also written a books on 'service tax, in a nut-shell', published by Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI). Deepak is part of expert committee on indirect taxes of trade associations and bodies including BCIC and FKCCI.
