Bangalore since February 2015 to till date.Work Detail:• Managing Network Operational task for different SAP Network Projects which includes SaaS, HEC and Converge Cloud.• Supervising and leading a team of Shift Manager/Problem Manager/Change Manager/Technical Leads (100+ FTEs) in different network projects.• Ensuring that any network P1 problems are dealt with in the accepted time frame.• Visiting clients to discuss new requirements and improvements.• Developed Processes and procedures as well as Program Plan, Risk Assessment, Communications Plan, and Change Management Plan.• Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently.• Experience in networking technologies (switching, routing, security) and their deployments.• Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders Senior Management, Customers, Users, and Technical staff.• Preparing Major Incident Report (MIR)• Chair daily operations call with the client.• Recruitment of project staff as per project requirement.
