I was posted as Senior Manager in Vigilance Department, Central Office, Mumbai and will be continuing till the end of Feb 2020. The work at Vigilance Deptt was very challenging and quite different, but I successfully managed assigned duties like Complaints, Disciplinary Inquiry Cases, Frauds, SAC & other related works of big Zones like Patna, Pune, Guwahati.

I was posted to the Ranchi Regional office. This time I was assigned Planning & Development Deptt, Marketing Deptt, where again I follow up with Branches & made close coordination. I guided Branch to explore the potentiality in their command area, and canvas new business by meeting with HNI customers, Institutions, Schools, Colleges as well as to make liaison with the Govt Offices to get bulk deposits. I was posted as Branch Manager, Jaitane Branch, (Maharashtra) which was again very challenging. It was a rural Branch and was allotted 22 villages to serve & render Banking services. I worked hard for the overall growth of the Branch and made tremendous growth in Deposit, Advance as well as on NPA recovery, as a result, the target was surpassed exponentially.
