Executing projects for both Domestic and International customers. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from project conception to completion. Monitoring periodic progress reviews through project review meetings. Co-Ordinate with the Site Team to ensure the smooth execution of site activities. Ensure the project documents are properly prepared and submitted to clients through proper channels. And follow-up with client for clearance of the same. Co-Ordinate with Engineering and Procurement team to ensure that the equipment is procure as per the tender and customer requirements. Prepare Weekly or monthly progress report for customer submission. Lead and Attend the Project meetings as and when required and record meetings minutes.

Have executed projects value more than 40 crores for supply of Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, ESP and its spare components.Focal point of contact to the customers and play a lead role from the project Kick-off to completion and successful handing over of the project to the customer.Collaborate with various departments to complete the project within deadline.Prepare Cash flow for the projects and monitor the same regularly.Execution – periodic progress reviews through project review meeting with both internal department and client. Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting for the same.Prepare Weekly or monthly progress report for Project Managers and customer submission.Built relationship with client that contributed over 40 crores in repeat business.Utilising ERP tool for project management – Update Contract Obligation, Scheduling the activities to meetout the contractual delivery requirement, Project Monitoring, etc.,Verify the contractual quality requirement are ensured through submission of Quality Plan and painting procedure to clients.Preparing Prorata for the Project and ensure the approval of the same with client.Managing Export Orders and Contribute in preparing dispatch documents such as ; Invoice, packing List and ensure the export documents such as Bill of Lading ,Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill are properly raised and submitted.Ensure timely submission of Tax invoices and prompt receipt of payments.
