 Joined the organization in Dec 2004 as a Customer Care Associate, where I was handling the calls of Airtel Delhi Postpaid customers. In the month of May 2005, I was transferred to Tata Indicom Process in the same organization where I was handling the calls of Tata Indicom Delhi Prepaid Card Customers. In the month of August 2005, I was promoted to Escalation Helpdesk, where I was handling a Team of 6 members. My key responsibilities were to document the Team’s reports, do the back end jobs like to filter the customer complaints and requests and send them to their concern departments for their resolution. In the month of September 2005, I was promoted as a Senior Customer Care Executive, where I was handling a Team of 12 members. My key responsibilities were to provide the resolution to the executive’s queries and also manage their performances in terms of Leave management report, agent performance report and Daily / Shift attendance report.
