Presently working as Sr. Manager Project Purchase, reporting to AVP-Commercial with a team of 14 person assisting to handle the entire Projects and Capex procurement for Dolvi Complex. • Responsible for implementation Strategies and best practices to achieve Procurement Excellence including Vendor Development, Vendor Management, Techno commercial evaluations in line with JSW vision and mission.• Participating in the Techno Commercial discussions, Negotiation, Drafting contracts/ Agreements / Purchase orders• Coordinating and Liaising with other departments Like Projects technical team, Exim, Stores, Taxation and Finance & Accounts• Reviewing documentation of subordinates.• Ensuring process as per DOP • Ensuring the compliance adherence to system/accuracy for timely purchase to meet out project time lines.• Implementation of TQM Process in Purchase Department. Encouraging team members for Kaizen and implementing the same.
