Being a Machinist, I do metal cutting manufacturing, fabrication & assembly of various mechanical/hardware components, instruments and apparatus, thereby fulfilling the requirements of researchers and their research activities.

• Co-ordinating & supervising the assembly techniques of modules to be integrated on the silicon tracking detector of the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), CERN, Switzerland.• Setting up plans for design & manufacturing of fixtures and tools required for assembly and integration of those modules.• Working & Coordinating on assembling or building Silicon modules in an ISO 10000 Class Clean Room Conditions.

• Researching & developing the assembly techniques of modules to be integrated on the silicon tracking detector of the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), CERN, Switzerland.• Designing Jigs, Fixtures & Pickup Tools used for carrying sensors, strips & modules using CAD Facilities.• Prepares Manufacturing & Assembly process plan for the above Jigs & Fixtures.• Deals with the inspection & quality control of Jig & Fixtures to maintain their micro-level accuracy & precision.• Programming & Handling Glue Dispenser & Wire Bonder M/c.• Doing stage inspection of modules using Alignment testing M/c, Stereo Microscope & Pull Tester M/c.• Working & Coordinating on assembling or building Silicon modules in an ISO 10000 Class Clean Room Conditions.

• Handling projects of Press-Tool & Mold through Design, Process Planning, Manufacturing & Inspection.• Manufacturing & coordinating the production activities of hydraulic system filter for light combat aircraft like TEJAS, Solar array drive assembly of GLSV & PLSV for ISRO, Dynamically tuned gyroscope components and bearing components for satelight & lunch vehicles of ADA.• Worked in production of Highly Precision components in general and aerospace components, in particular, are being machined for ISRO, Aeronautical Development Agency, IISU, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., etc. The components are being used in CHANDRAYAAN-1 & Light Weight Air-Craft.• Designing press tool and mold components by using CAD software SOLIDWORKS & CATIA.• Generating feature-based CNC program by using CAM software MASTER-CAM for complicated machining profiles.• Providing CNC Milling & Lathe training to Interns in Fanuc & Sinumerik controller. • Managing both onsite & offsite projects related to CNC Machine installation, commissioning, training & maintenance.• Was Outsourcing with exchange training programs in Central Tool Room & Training Centre, Bhubaneswar, India with the Republic of Myanmar, Zimbabwe, Senegal, Bangladesh

• Create, evaluate Tool design & Describe tool Design procedure.• Describe elements of tool with their functions, tool construction & List different tooling standards.• Describe Manufacturing Processes, process plan & Different heat treatment processes.• Confident enough to program and operate the CNC machines & can generate CNC machining program while working on CAM softwares.• Confident enough for the Design and Development of Die Casting, Moulds, Jigs and Fixtures.• Know how to lead a team & handle manpower in industries & can take responsibilities for own work and others work while learning.
