- Working with Country and Regional Cost Controllers/Finance Business Managers to review quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, including reporting and analysis to explain variances against given budgets- Preparation of various reports to support the management needs such as monthly variance reporting, including issues, risk and opportunities and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines- Preparation of management packs, review decks, dashboards and getting into discussions with Director and above level in Cost Management Leadership Team - Assist in key month end activities which includes monitoring of cost recharges postings in ledgers across clusters/regions/BUs- Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L line- Drive various process efficiencies through standardization and re-engineering of activities- Maintain effective client relationship & demand management to be able to meet the needs of various stakeholders

As a part of Reconciliation Team for Investment Banking, main responsibilities included :- Reconciliation of bank statement balances to G/L balances of 18 countries (UK, US and APAC) during month end closing- Inter-Company B/S reconciliation - Posting SAP Journal Entries- Prepared month end closing reports and completing the ageing analysis- SPOC for internal & external auditors, for outstanding items in accounts, confirmations on vendor balance & statement reconciliationsP2P Responsibilities:- Identify accounts that require special attention along with handling disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms- Undertake complex reconciliations, and maintain accurate individual debtor's measurement and performance statistics, to collect balance from the debtors and to obtain sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, to work within guidelines and provide Aged & MI reports which includes forecast of overdue invoice to the finance manager, stakeholders and other BUs- To train new colleagues and resolve escalations- Introducing excel based tool to improve efficiency and increase productivity of different teams

Responsible for reconciliation of 14 suspense accounts in 4 critical accounts falling under SOX act.- Investigation and application of customer's missing payment to their credit card account. - Regular follow up and sending chasers to different banks regarding delayed payments- Aged reports on the all accounts to clients - Train new colleagues on the process- Maintain records for untraced and unallocated funds- Prepared Weekly SLA reports on Suspense Accounts for Clients- Processed SAP journal entries, transfer of entries between suspense accounts and reconciliation
