TECHNICIAN and posted at SERVICE CENTER, Underground Equipment (Including SCAMEC,R.B.O, MINIMEC,NOR STEAMER 30 V, SPRAYMEC 8100 VC ) under CPH.Providing Technical support to our team on various aspects of NORMET Make HEMM equipment such as Correct Procedure of fitments of parts with usage of proper tools and skills on the concept of “One Time Do”. To apprise customers on benefits of using genuine parts, providing all reasonable procedural suggestions to improve efficiency of machine operation or reduce down time. Explaining the machine controls, safety features & Repair before Failure concept to customer.Prepared Data Banks of Machines and their components Life (Engines & Transmissions, Axles and Brakes etc.) for scheduling their overhaul/repair and accordingly discuss Major overhauling plans with customer.Prepared various workshop reports (i.e. service report, machine health audit report, backlogs, RCA, MTTR, MTBF etc.) for the top management reviews and identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the workshop.
