Currento Responsible for publishing the KPIs dashboard report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basiso Handling database management by using Advanced Excel toolso Preparation of MIS in such a manner so that quick decisions can be taken, and data could beretrieved within the minimum period of timeo Design and build Microsoft Excel-based analytics reportso Support others in the daily use of Data/Report extraction when neededo Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance todiscover ways of enhancing themo Responsible for calculating Monthly Payout for all LOBs International and Domestic GWso Assisting the HR team to prepare the Incentive data for Internal Team Leaders/Managerso User Management – ID creation, Account provision, Block/unblock, Archive account etc.o Coordinating with different teams (Support HR | Operations | Business Support | IT Supportand closely working with Top Management CEO, OPS Manager, HR Head etc.)o 5 X Growth in business within 2.5 years with great work and support done by the MIS teamand others supporting the team as wello Providing detailed training about the Business Process and understanding all steps/aspectsof Business requirements to the new hires | Company Size –300+ Employees & freelancerso Working on internal tools and software: Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, Power BI, PowerApp, Rave, Zendesk, Teramind, GreytHR, HireRight, ServiceNow, Genesis etc.
