Job Description:Record to report or R2R is the management process for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing. It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Comptroller.• The job role includes Reconciliation and BSR Preparation & Review on a monthly as well as quarterly basis and Monitoring escalatables & Quality Assessment’s for reconciliations prepared.• Identify input spills ensuring actions are agreed at the customer end with follow up on escalations wherever• Ensuring AFM Compliance • Identifying training gaps and sharing the best knowledges to the Team• Monthly review calls with customers and handling queries from customers • Handling Result Analysis & eQuate activity and clearing errors• Handling generic mailbox for European Countries in posting & Validating JE supporting documents and Posting JE’s.
