Training: 2009 - 2011 worked as Sr. Executive trainer.I wanted something more. Again, new & challenging. So, opportunity was presented to me, & my career as a trainer @ HGS started in 2009. In this new role I had to teach what I had learnt, & it seemed pretty simple & easy. But it wasn’t when I started as a co-trainer & supporting the existing trainer. Interacting with batch of people who are new to the system & oblivious about the whole new subject was very challenging & fulfilling at the same time. In 2010, I was certified as a process trainer by 2 senior facilitating consultants who had come to sit through most of my training sessions & to evaluate my efficiency & performance as a Product Build trainer. Team Product Build Solutions: 2007 - 2009 Worked as Sr. Benefit management analyst After working for 2+ years in claims, I was looking for a new challenge, or rather new learning. So, I opted to work as a ‘Builder’. Builder is one who designs & builds Medical/Dental Insurance plans on the platform which enables auto adjudication of numerous claims to a maximum extent. This was a very vast & one of challenging process that we had in our outsourced projects. So, I began learning the new process of Benefit Management analyst – ‘Builder’ in short.The job required us to go through training for a period of 10-12 weeks. And, this job was always referred to being close to that of a programming job. We had to learn as much information about medical terms & all the possible diseases any human could be diagnosed with. This was very vital for us to understand medical plans, their benefits & making all right decisions to make a Health Care plan come to life. Documentation was a key factor & critical factor while designing/building plans into the system. And, here we had no room for errors. Errors always meant $$ being paid or not paid to the patient/member.
