And, this job was always referred to being close to that of a programming job. We had to learn as much information about medical terms & all the possible diseases any human could be diagnosed with. This was very vital for us to understand medical plans, their benefits & making all right decisions to make a Health Care plan come to life. Documentation was a key factor & critical factor while designing/building plans into the system. And, here we had no room for errors. Errors always meant $$ being paid or not paid to the patient/member.
