As Field Engineer I sets up, operates and troubleshoots a variety of machines and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

1.Evaluation of ESP vs Gas lift Suitability along with economic evaluation for offshore fields.Individual study of ESP & Gas lifts along with its working and components. Reviewed & analyzed geological and reservoir data and well-testing dataof existing well to check the suitability of artificial lift. Economic analysis for both methods was performed and compared for better feasibility.2.Performance evaluation of gas lift & surface facilities for an onshore field of a client with declining production.Well, a wise thorough study of pressure vs production was done. A comprehensive study of production fluids and completion string was carried out toanalyze flow assurance problems. Performed nodal analysis for estimating pressure losses in the well as well as surface facilities.3.Design of gas lift:-Determined valve spacing of gas lift valves. Selection of gas lift valve types, port size, setting pressure, test valve opening pressure, and wellcompletion requirements.4.Preparation of acid stimulation plan for a well of M/S Mercator Petroleum.Study of the formation and its composition in which stimulation is planned. Analysis of the mud used during drilling. Design and selection of acid to beused for stimulation based on the parameters of formation type, mud used, perforation depth, tubing capacity, reservoir pressure. The designedformulation was later used in the well and gave successful result.
