 Lead Auditor – ISO 9001:2008  Document, Implement, and Maintain the QMS within Knoah Solutions and execute document control as per the documented process  Assist the Management and functional heads in:• Developing, implementing, and improving the documented quality management system for all functions and client operations • Maintaining the management system documents up-to-date • Improving system performance through corrective / preventive actions and continual improvement.• Comply with the current policies and procedures of Knoah

 Work out strategies on a monthly basis to ensure that targets are met Performance tracking by monitoring KPIs and alert operations as and when needed Work closely with operations in implementing the recommendations Drive the scores in terms of customer satisfaction and agent resolution rate  Manage performance by analyzing the data, identifying the bottom performers, exploring the weak areas and providing them with adequate training and updates  Brainstorm with higher management in fixing chronic & high-impact issues

o Single Point of contact for any quality or process related issues o Work on a regular basis for any changes/improvements o Provide effective feedback for improving the processes which would in turn enhance the business needs as well as improve the customer satisfaction o Drive the Weekly calls related to Quality calibrations and Joint Call Monitoring sessions
