Act as the Corporation’s champion to continuously improve end to end supply chain planning and management practices and standards to achieve optimized total cost of delivery for both raw and finished goods in support of our manufacturing and delivery strategies.Led various M&A activities including optimisation projects including network design , mapping business models, system design and development including SAP implementation, 3PL system integration and Logistics systems Drive Ease to do Business by implementing procurement digitization tools like SAP, Source to Pay( S2P), EDI , Control Towers, 3PL integration etc
