- Analyse client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis and workflow analysis.- Creation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification document (FSD), wire-frames along with detailed proposals contain frontend and back-end modules.- Responsible for change management by creating effective and working strategy for implementation of the same.- Monitor project activities on daily basis and report to client for the same.- Analyse and manage the in-house products for research and implementation of best practices in Market.- Planning of product Road Map and upgradation of product based on customer feedback.

- Post bids on different portals in order to generate prospects.- Document process flows and develop requirements for functional improvements and enhancements.- Communicate with stakeholders in order to discuss various components of project and explain complete business process.- Tackle projects with responsibility of on-time and satisfied project delivery.- Bridge the gap between technical team and stakeholders.- Participate in project closure activity by creating case studies.- Worked mostly on projects related to E-commerce, Social networking, Crowdfunding, Classified, Online directory etc.
