I am an Aerospace Engineer with a Master’s degree in Advanced Aerospace Technologies from the University of Sheffield. My expertise lies in aerospace design, manufacturing, and system optimization, complemented by hands-on experience in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), CubeSat development, and aerospace manufacturing techniques. I have effectively utilized advanced engineering tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS (FEA/CFD), and AutoCAD to create innovative, high-performance solutions.My MSc dissertation, “Design and Development of the Payload Structure for Safe Storage and Transportation of Medical Samples Using an Autonomous UAS,” focused on creating a lightweight, durable structure optimized for the safe transport of medical samples. Through rigorous drop tests and thermal analyses, I ensured the structural integrity necessary for real-world applications in healthcare logistics.Additionally, I engaged in a collaborative project with Rolls-Royce "Characterising Inertia Friction Welding in a Nickel-Titanium Superalloy". In this endeavor, I conducted microhardness testing and SEM analysis on weld samples, correlating weld parameters with material properties. This experience deepened my understanding of advanced aerospace manufacturing processes and their implications for material performance.I also contributed significantly to the SunSat student-led initiative, focusing on the design and development of a CubeSat platform. I designed a modular, lightweight satellite structure and performed stress analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure its durability during launch and space operation.In addition to my academic and project achievements, I bring practical experience as a Mechanical Engineer, where I led design efforts, collaborated with fabrication teams, and operated CNC machines.
