As the Product Leader for the Amazon Ads org, built Amazon's first native Display Ads product: "eCommerce ads" that allow users to take eCommerce actions directly from ad units, and provide rich transactional reporting (e.g., product sales) to advertisers to prove efficacy. Collaborated with Amazon Retail teams (e.g., pricing, customer reviews) to deliver the ad experience and with Amazon Ads Sales to deliver self-serving buying tools for advertising agencies. Developed machine learning-based auto-optimization to serve best performing eCommerce ad units to maximize advertiser objective (e.g., Return on Ad Spend) and created tools to analyze detailed performance data. eCommerce ads became the key differentiator for Amazon's ads business and drive billions of dollars in revenue annually.
