Leading a team with key responsibility of developing and expanding corporate business through key relationships mapped to the team in one of the most critical market for the company.Creating and implementing an engagement calendar for all Key brokers and ensuring increase in penetration levels and optimum share of business through these relationships.

My core responsibility is to establish and grow company business for Mumbai & rest of Maharashtra through defined channel partners. The role involves strategie planning, business developement, team managment, budgeting, mentoring and achieving the business plan.

Responsible for the corporate business development through the assigned brokers & direct channel. I was also entrusted with the addiitonal resposnisbility of handling Generali Global clients with a major focus on employee benefit therein.

Started my Insurance career with ITGI as a Management Trainee, Learnt the basics of Insurance and build upon my knowledge and skills. Got exposed to all facets of insurance right from operational aspects of policy booking, managing key relationships, responsible for business acquisition and driving sales.
