• Ensures that manufactured Products are meeting Business Needs, Quality standards and Customer Expectations.• Conduct process audits of plants, labs, warehouses, contract manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, etc. to ensure customer needs are met. Leverage findings to drive continuous improvement.• Quality assurance of external manufacturing plant which produces isocyanate blend for India PU business.• Monitor and ensure availability and reliability of QA activity with timely completion optimized budget cost and full compliance of safety to ensure uninterrupted operations of plant.• Working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) • To plan & monitor procurement expediting calibration & training of new instruments within timeline & optimized cost.• Customer complaint analysis & Implementation of corrective & preventive action.• Assess supplier manufacturing and technical capability for alternative source development.• Coordinates closely with the European regional QA/QC team and incorporates standard practices as well as improvements from learning’s of other similar sites.• Actively involved in Project – Mango for new laboratory set-up & To improve efficiency in manufacturing process.• Provide support to Account Managers and Technical team cooperating in customer assistance in case of quality issues. Identify the issues origin and cause and propose the best corrective and preventive action to win back the customer confidence.
