Prepare, execute and manage all the written and verbal communications with Domestic & International Clients.Assess and determine Suspect, Prospect and Leads for all Domestic & international Clients & make communications and approach accordingly.Prepare, execute & maintain quotations, Proforma Invoice & Commercial Invoice & Packing List for Domestic & International Sales Order.Prepare, execute & maintain Pre-shipment & Post Shipment Documents for Exports & Imports.o o-ordinate with CHA & other Logistics / Courier Agencies to ensure smooth processing & transit of each consignment.To co-ordinate with other team members of Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth operations of the department.To execute in timely manner all the tasks as delegated by management or any other competent authority.
