Project: Transition of engineering functions from North America to GDC Pune facility for TCL International (Erstwhile Teleglobe) Duration: February-2007 – October- 2007Team Size: 45Description:• Responsible for building and managing the outsourced Engineering team, which is comprised of Transmission, Capacity Management, Voice, Mobile and Ethernet services.

Principle Consultant – Cisco Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. May 2006- Feb 2007 • Joined the sales force of Cisco Systems as Engineering Lead for Reliance Communications Account.• Worked with Account Manager to explore the various Sales opportunities within Reliance Communications. Key achievements were business success in Metro Ethernet project and Broadband services.

• • Responsible for the design of the Content delivery platform for TATA Broadband services which included Broadcast TV, VOD, E-Gaming and E-learning etc.• Responsible for first Metro Area Network design in the country and implementation to take the high-speed broadband connections into the corporate and residential segment and offer voice, video and data services.

As Head planning and Engineering was responsible for rolling out MPLS enabled network across the country offering corporate VPN, Internet connectivity, Credit Card solution, Hospitality solution etc. to end customers.
