In addition oversaw polypack operations of 3 polypack units packing 15 ml kgs of tea for TCPL.Gained global exposure in developing business veture on tea operations in Vietnam & Kenya. Engaged with buisness venture capitalist on exploring JV.Recient of Management & Leadership programs certificates from IIM Kolkota and XLRI Jamshedpur.Headed the Sustainability,Merger & Acquisition and Special Projects verticle of the company.Spearheaded Tata Disaster management responseteam for entire Nort East India and Sikkim.
