Responsible for submission of monthly invoices to the client which includes the quantity take off from the As built drawing of completed works, variations etc. Closely monitoring the changes in the projects and measuring between the initial drawings and latest drawings, submitting the variations to clients, getting approvals through proper submission of back up documents etc. Validating the sub contractors invoices and preparing the payment certificates. Helping the estimation team with preparation of BOQ from Scratch with provided drawings and scope of works. Building rates for new items etc.
