O2C, R2R.Roles and responsibilities handled as functional consultant.●   Closely Work with Business Process Experts, Product Owner, Business Process Lead & Functional Analysts to perform Scoping, Test Scenario creation/Enhancement/Optimization, review of QA deliverables across day to day activities & test cycle in MDM area.●   Domain experience with SAP ERP (MM,SD,FI,PP,QM,PM) and able to relate SAP functionality with Business process and requirement. Highly experienced and familiar with SAP MDM and transactional activities and configuration. ●   Ensure SOP, SLA & Governance matrices are followed while doing any activities. Also ensure there are no compliance issues. Support in various internal and external audits. Risk free Audits.●   Provide instance level support in create, read, update and delete master data solution development, communication training and implementation.●   Actively engage with the core team by participating in the business process discussion. Gather requirements & ultimately setup a fully functional development, test & production environment to deliver complete MDM functionality to the Client.●   Identifies areas of data quality and process improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of errors detection and correction, process control and improvements or process design strategies. ● periodically reviewing the process documentation to ensure it is updated thoroughly and the process are followed diligently. Having a clear understanding of master data impact.● Investigate and consult on day-to-day O2C issues & tickets such as unpriced and blocked order documents. Track and maintain status of reports and coordinate with technical team & stockholders. ● Responsible for accurate contract pricing, Payment terms, Fees/Tariffs/Discount, Price change notifications, and the proper flow of both retail and wholesale customers for AP/AMR.● Root cause analysis (RCA), issue’s, escalations and maintain issue tracker for preventive measures and align with business. Sign off for Zone audit and internal audit program.● As a part of automation & testing analysis of task/process to automate with the help of concerned teams to save manpower, time & accuracy point of teams. Help quality teams to provide required data to streamline and smooth the Process.
