Succesfully completed 2 papers in BEE and preparing for the rest of exams to achieve the certification of Accredited EM /EA. A Power Plant Professional having more than 10 years of relevant experience in working at several Coals based Thermal power plants. Handful of experience in working with CFBC, AFBC WHR type Boilers and Steam Turbines..To ensure the reliable operation of the unit by managing the control desk as per operation systems and SOP.. To ensure the availability of the major standby equipment's by following the proper trial schedule.. To attend emergency situations like system failure, grid failure (Island), load throw, station blackout etc.. To monitor and control the proper operational parameters and coordinating the desk operators along with the field operators to maintain a smooth and error free operation.. To ensure adherence to the safety, environment, other statutory norms and the safety of the people ad unit through strict compliance of SOP.. To posses the knowledge of protection system of Electrical power systems, governing system, and inter lock logic's associated with those.. Preparing and submitting the Shift Report and the daily Performance Report to the top management and updating the same in the advanced SAP module.. Getting involved in the Cold, warm and hot start up as and when required.. Ensuring the safety norms while any LC or Work Permit is issued.. Getting involved in the internal and external audits related to ISO and OHS-AS.. Analyzing and finding for Energy Conservation opportunities in the system and implementing the same.. Managing the manpower along with the resources properly being a Shift in charge.
