• Executing the work as per the schedule to complete the work within the timeline with quality and safety.• Executing the work by motivating the supervisor and giving them on job training about the details of drawing and each activity of work.• Calculating of BOQ of Main control Building, inverter building, and switchyard and making schedule for all activity with project schedule.• Preparation of schedule for complete the building making day to day plan according to that schedule and tracking the schedule as per actual vs. planned.• Construction of Tower Foundation as per KPTCL Norms & 110 KV Bay at Sub Station.• Erection of Tower & Stringing.• Inspection of Incoming Material for Construction of Solar Power Plant, Line & Bay.• Coordination with HO for Material Availability at site.• Govt. Liasioning for different work like Land Lease inside the Bay Terminal• Checking of the RA Bills for the various Construction work in TL & Bay Terminal• Regularly prepare & update the DPR & send it to HO.• To implement safety at the project site by ensuring that all relevant standards and implemented effectively.

• Quality Control In-charge for the 57.5 MW Solar Power plant.• Establishment of Quality Control laboratory & procedures as per site requirement.• Finalization of Inspection Test Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Field Quality Plan.• Inspection, testing & getting approval from recognized laboratory of construction material samples collected from various quarries & dumps.• Regularly prepare & update the DQR & send it to HO & Client.• Coordinate with Site Tem & HO regarding Quality• Inspection at Site before & after Concrete.• ISO Documentation of the Quality Control Lab.• Checking of Pile Bore & Concreting of the RHS Section used in MMS Table.• Checking of the MMS Table i.e. Torqueing of Table, Inclination Angel of Table, Line & Alignment of Table.• Checking the installation of Modules on MMS Table.• Maintaining the Data Regarding the Module Breakage for Module Insurance.• Design Mix for various Structure of the solar power plant.• Reconciliation of the Concrete & various Construction Material used in Plant.• Checking of the RA Bills for the various Construction work in Plant.• Calibration of Lab Equipment & Batching Plant

• Singlehandedly managed all Quality Control activities including Concrete Production from Batching Plant & resolving Quality issues at site• Designed Concrete Mix as per IS Specification for Concrete Grades ranging from M-10 to M-40 for Mass Concreting, Jump Formwork and Slip Formwork Concrete of different Power Plant Structures• Material Testing i.e. cement, sand, Aggregate, water, soil, etc. as per respective IS Codes• Implemented Quality Management System at site i.e. conducting internal audit as per ISO-9001:2008.• Ensuring compliance with all project QA procedures & requirement• Coordinate with the Customer Representative for the conduct of day-to-day Quality & construction related activities• Verification of Laboratory & site testing equipment related to the job as per requirements• Ensure fulfillment of all inspection, test requirements & calibration of all the equipment at all stages as per the Contract requirements.• In process and Final Inspection of all civil jobs carried out at site/yard in coordination with Client/Third Party Inspector• Preparing Documentation and compile test packs for all jobs to meet client requirements and as per specification• Preparation of Monthly Concrete Consumption Detail & Reconciliation of Materials through SAP R/3- PP Module• Stringently implementing & following laid HSE Guidelines of Organization.
